If students want to compete in a global job market with people from China and India, they need to gain exposure to different environments where they can learn from systems and experts outside their sphere of influence.

The best way for students to learn is through experience. Once they have lived abroad and have an innate understanding of different systems and societal functions, many will return home and implement these skill sets, providing much-needed diversity of thought to their home countries.

Tyler Hollingsworth, founder of Aspire Atlantic, won himself a USA university soccer scholarship, after which he spent two years in the Finance industry learning from the Americans. In 2015 he returned to home, where he brought back what he had learnt and started a business that provides students with the same opportunities he had.

We are a platform for change, not only in the students' lives but for the future of a prosperous and inclusive world.
